    [SDG 5] Achieve Gender Equality (5.5, 5.c)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The N Project creates opportunities for female humanities-track students to give scientific presentations and deliver STEAM-based talks, thereby supporting the expansion of both career pathways in STEM and opportunities for self-expression. Female teachers are also encouraged and supported in acquiring science-related national qualifications (such as the Type-3 Radiation Protection Supervisor<\/em> license) and in joining and presenting at professional societies, including the Japan Health Physics Society and the Atomic Energy Society of Japan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In addition, high school students\u2019 science outreach activities have become a new approach to engaging middle-aged and older women\u2014demonstrating that science can serve as a public language<\/em> accessible to everyone, regardless of gender or background.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
