【SDG 5】ジェンダー平等を実現しよう（5.5, 5.c） 

文系女子生徒による科学発表やSTEAM型プレゼンの機会を創出し、女子の理系進路や表現機会の拡充を支援する。さらに女性教員に対しても、理系国家資格（第三種放射線取扱主任者）取得や専門学会（日本保健物理学会・日本原子力学会など）への参加・発表支援を行っている。また、高校生による科学アウトリーチ活動が中高年女性層への新たなアプローチとなり、科学が誰もが関われる公共言語であることを実証している。

[SDG 5] Achieve Gender Equality (5.5, 5.c)

The N Project creates opportunities for female humanities-track students to give scientific presentations and deliver STEAM-based talks, thereby supporting the expansion of both career pathways in STEM and opportunities for self-expression. Female teachers are also encouraged and supported in acquiring science-related national qualifications (such as the Type-3 Radiation Protection Supervisor license) and in joining and presenting at professional societies, including the Japan Health Physics Society and the Atomic Energy Society of Japan.

In addition, high school students’ science outreach activities have become a new approach to engaging middle-aged and older women—demonstrating that science can serve as a public language accessible to everyone, regardless of gender or background.
